Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with recent experience in Java 21 (or later). An excellent understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and large microservice architectures is essential. You should have experience working in an Agile environment and be comfortable in a pair programming setting. Additionally, you must have experience implementing APIs for both internal and external use. We expect you to possess the skills to build a useful, robust automated test suite to support a continuous deployment environment. Lastly, candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Java Developer, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of Developers, Designers, and Analysts. Your day-to-day activities will involve designing, creating, and improving new and existing products, platforms, and transactions across government. You will work closely with team members to ensure that projects are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Description
This role is based in Leeds, requiring you to work on-site 3 days a week with 2 days remote. Please note that the position falls inside IR35, which means you will be required to work through an umbrella company. We are looking for outstanding skills and someone ready to quickly get to work in our dynamic team environment.
