Requirements
Must:
- Must have recent experience working within central government
- Several years of experience managing a Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution
- Strong understanding of security and device hardening, especially for mobile devices like phones and tablets
- Extensive experience managing and administering Android and iOS devices with Workspace ONE
- Understanding of Windows 11 and macOS device management
- Experience supporting infrastructure services for 10,000+ users
- Knowledge in IaaS/PaaS Compute such as AWS, GCP or Azure is essential
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the End User Compute Team to shape infrastructure, network, and cloud capabilities
- Design, maintain, and upgrade our infrastructure alongside Technical Architects and Principal Engineers
- Address challenges to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain systems while architecting the future infrastructure landscape

We are recruiting for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to work on a hybrid basis in locations such as London, Manchester, Bristol, Newcastle, York, Glasgow, or Norwich, with two days remote. This role is critical in shaping the infrastructure that supports vital services for our clients, and we offer a dynamic team environment where your expertise will directly impact our future infrastructure landscape.
