Requirements
Must:
- Deep expertise in trusted data technologies and platform architecture
- Experience with DLT/Blockchain platforms (Layer 1 and Layer 2)
- Knowledge of Digital Identity solutions (decentralized identity, credentials, wallets)
- Familiarity with Digital Asset platforms (tokenization, custody, lifecycle management)
- Proven ability to own architecture and technical delivery for trusted data services
- Strong design authority in trust, security, scalability, and performance
- Ability to guide clients through strategy and architecture processes
- Experience in leading design, deployment, and operation of DLT networks
- Expertise in cloud-native trusted data platforms across major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills in multi-disciplinary teams
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture and technical delivery accountability for trusted data services
- Act as a technical authority and design decision maker across trust, security, scalability, and performance considerations
- Define and govern enterprise reference architectures for trusted data ecosystems
- Guide clients from strategy and architecture definition through PoC, pilot, and production deployment
- Translate emerging standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements into practical architectures
- Lead the design and operation of enterprise-grade DLT networks across different platforms
- Architect Digital Identity solutions integrating with various enterprise frameworks
- Design solutions for Digital Asset platforms, ensuring alignment with security and regulatory needs
- Establish Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps standards for repeatable delivery
- Provide architectural leadership for containerized DLT environments and oversee CI/CD strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on relevant strategies
- Mentor delivery teams and ensure quality and standards across projects
- Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives
