Requirements
Must:
- Expert knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity
- Certified Technical Architect and ambition to do Certified Master Architect if not completed already
- Minimum of 5 years leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor by implementing quality standards such as code and architectural reviews
- Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications
- Experience in 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.)
- Experience operating in a Technical Design Authority mode and demonstrable trusted advisor experience
- Ability to demonstrate advanced scripting and integration skills – JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Cloud migration experience (nice to have)
- GenAI experience (nice to have)
- ITILv4 or equivalent Certified (nice to have)
- SC clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required
Responsibilities
- Architect system solutions with ServiceNow to address business challenges
- Provide thought leadership and consultation to stakeholders, including options with pros, cons, and risks
- Manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity
- Identify opportunities to deliver additional value to clients and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams
- Engage in continuous learning and undertake new certifications as needed
