Your starting salary will be £32,028 per year, along with a £5,000 signing bonus (subject to terms). Your journey will start with core training, preparing you for your first role and helping you gain industry-recognized accreditations. You’ll get the chance to work on real challenges for real clients, experiencing various technologies and systems, and receive training to help you implement them effectively. Project roles may include Application Developer, Full Stack Engineer, Front End Engineer, or Technology Architect. Throughout your graduate programme, you will be supported with ongoing training, coaching, and guidance to help you advance in your career. We value collaboration, which is why you will be required to be in your assigned office for a minimum of three days per week and must live within commuting distance. After completing initial training, you’ll have opportunities to explore different roles and align with a specialized business area that reflects your ambitions.
