### To join our Software Engineering Graduate Programme, you’ll need to be a confident coder in at least one major programming language and eager to learn more. A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a tech-related subject is necessary by the time you start; we also consider graduates in Maths, Science, or Engineering who can demonstrate strong coding skills. Responsibilities

As part of our Software Engineering team, you will help build and deliver innovative tech solutions ranging from custom applications to full-scale platforms. You will work hands-on with the latest tools to help clients bring their ideas to life, while also using your coding skills to design and develop applications. A key part of your role will involve identifying and fixing security risks to protect our systems from cyber threats. ###

Throughout your graduate programme, you will be supported with ongoing training, coaching, and guidance to help you advance in your career. We value collaboration, which is why you will be required to be in your assigned office for a minimum of three days per week and must live within commuting distance. After completing initial training, you’ll have opportunities to explore different roles and align with a specialized business area that reflects your ambitions.
