Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale data and AI transformation programs using Google Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud native platforms, specifically Data & Analytics platforms and AI & ML solutions
- Proven track record in leading delivery teams and managing client relationships
- Ability to drive best practices in cloud delivery, including secure and production-ready architectures
- Experience dealing with UK regulated industries
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Flexibility to travel to client sites when required
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Google Cloud Data & AI transformation programs
- Act as the onshore delivery authority for UK clients, ensuring accountability for scope, quality, timelines, risk, and financials
- Lead delivery across Google Cloud native platforms, including Data & Analytics platforms, BigQuery, data pipelines, and analytics layers
- Drive AI & ML solutions, focusing on Vertex AI-based workloads and AI-enabled data products
- Implement best practices for secure and scalable cloud architectures
- Partner closely with Google Cloud architects, Accenture AGBG solutioning teams, and Google accounts as needed
- Oversee client governance, security reviews, and regulatory discussions, particularly for UK regulated industries
- Manage hybrid onshore-offshore delivery models to align offshore execution with onshore governance
- Support solution shaping, transitions, and scale-out phases across multiple accounts
