Must:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading teams and coordinating shifts
- Ability to manage incident and request tickets effectively
- Knowledge of air-gapped cloud technologies
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Must be a British passport holder with no dual nationalism and meet BPSS/SC clearance requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support to secure cloud users to troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues
- Lead the support engineers during a shift and act as the main contact for critical escalations
- Manage tickets that track user queries and requests for support
- Develop product knowledge in cutting-edge air-gapped cloud technology
- Support internal reviews to identify and enable opportunities for continuous improvement
- Follow documented procedures for high-priority incident management
- Identify areas for runbook improvement for UK critical workloads
- Mentor junior engineers and promote team skills growth
