Must:
- Proven experience leading IT Operations in complex, multi-system environments
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, threat detection, incident response, and operational cyber maturity
- Experience with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid cloud strategies
- Technical depth across infrastructure, networking, and enterprise systems
- Experience maturing and enforcing release management frameworks aligned to ITIL best practices
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and application dependencies during releases and changes
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills at senior levels
- A proactive, forward-thinking approach to risk, service improvement, and operational excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead and transform our digital future through effective management of IT Operations and Service Delivery
- Ensure technology availability, security, resilience, and cost-effectiveness for colleagues and customers
- Resolve critical incidents and strengthen our cyber posture
- Drive our cloud migration roadmap and other strategic initiatives
- Oversee two pivotal functions: Service Operations and Technical Operations
- Embrace complexity and own outcomes for a stable and innovative environment
