Responsibilities
- Lead the Key Stage 2 phase and support teaching staff
- Demonstrate class progress and effectiveness
- Implement strategies to raise attainment in Key Stage 2
- Encourage rapid progress for students starting KS2
- Participate in regular CPD and team collaboration
- Take part in school initiatives aimed at enhancing educational quality
