Confidence in front-end animations using GSAP and a performance-friendly coding approach are essential. We appreciate a keen eye for design precision, as pixel perfection should be your default. Additionally, we value collaboration, problem-solving skills, and a sense of ownership over your work. Familiarity with AI tools to enhance your workflow and creativity is a must.
Responsibilities
As a Mid-weight Full Stack WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch, not merely tweaking templates. You will transform pixel-perfect designs into responsive, fluid, and accessible interfaces using HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Your role will include adding wow” moments with smooth animations and transitions using GSAP and other libraries. Collaboration with our design teams to deliver sleek, high-performing sites that clients love will also be a key part of your responsibilities. You'll manage back-end logic, custom post types, REST APIs, and database interactions, and integrate with CRMs or payment gateways. Moreover, you'll optimize for speed, SEO, and user experience while maintaining rock-solid security and performance and keep abreast of the latest WordPress and AI-powered development trends.
