Requirements
Must:
- Completion of formal training in the administration of business capability platforms such as Microsoft or other software vendors
- Effectively communicate and engage with external partners
- Work with technology vendors and partners to optimise value
- Address and resolve technical problems
- Understand emerging digital technologies
- Manage IT operations and platform administration
- Troubleshoot and provide excellent customer service
- Exhibit high-level communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to handle confidential matters
- Pay attention to detail and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
- Support the cloud engineering function in day-to-day activities within the Engineering and Operations service
- Carry out platform administration tasks and duties within technical system platforms
- Support staff and activities to sustain seamless platform capability delivery
- Collaborate with system representatives as appropriate
- Develop and implement new features including planning and software releases
- Provide service catalogue support to the user base, including system support and application deployment
- Engage in problem management and business as usual support
