Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience, who can demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of iManage Work 10
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure cloud services
- Proficiency in Incident and Problem Management within the ITIL framework
- Strong knowledge of iManage Work Server, Communications Server, Preview Server, and RAVN
- Experience with data migration tools and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with an Information barrier solution (e.g., Intapp Walls)
- Experience with Litera tools (e.g., Litera CAM)
Desirable qualifications include:
- Working knowledge of APIs within a DMS
- iManage Certified Systems Engineer certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications
Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of system updates, upgrades, and improvements. Your tasks will include:
- Monitoring system performance and identifying bottlenecks
- Ensuring systems align with best practices and function optimally
- Supporting and leading projects, maintaining IMCC integrations, and suggesting improvements within the DMS ecosystem
- Providing SQL scripting for reports
- Liaising confidently with external vendors, internal technical teams, and end-users
- Delivering DMS training and upskilling the IT service desk team
You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Description
This position involves a two-stage interview process, first online and then on-site. You will work three days on-site and two days from home, with minimal travel required. The role generally operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, but occasionally may require you to work outside core hours for upgrades, which will be distributed evenly among the team.
