Must:
We are seeking a Systems Support Specialist who will become the subject matter expert in a variety of tools and platforms including Jaggaer, Oracle Fusion, Power Platform, MS Office, Kahootz, and SharePoint. While not a strict checklist, we would like you to have experience in some of the following areas:
- Compiling and managing data across various systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of key visualisation tools.
- Experience in using and managing P2P systems, with Oracle Fusion being desirable (training can be provided).
- Educating audiences on systems usage and reporting methodologies.
- Analyzing data and providing relevant and comprehensive narratives.
- Supporting S2C and CLM processes is a plus.
You should have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a dynamic environment and manage your own workload effectively. Enthusiasm, initiative, a flexible approach, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.
Responsibilities
As a Systems Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing systems support and education to our wider commercial team. This includes:
- Diagnosing and resolving issues within Oracle Fusion P2P Modules.
- Assisting end-users with system navigation, functionality, and issue resolution.
- Managing system configurations, workflows, and setups to align with business processes.
- Coordinating and testing quarterly Oracle patches and updates to ensure system stability.
- Supporting data uploads, validations, and integrity checks.
- Managing user roles, permissions, and security protocols.
- Providing reporting and analysis on all aspects of commercial activity using tools like Oracle transactional business intelligence (OTBI) or Power BI and working with stakeholders to develop dashboards that enhance automation and/or self-service where possible.
- Supporting the development of system processes and providing system insights to the wider process framework documentation, including the creation of work instructions, training/guidance documents, and procedures.
Each day will bring unique challenges and opportunities, including tasks like resolving stalled purchase orders and establishing new category codes.
