Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an individual with previous experience providing strategic guidance on workforce trends, engagement, succession, and retention, while leading predictive analytics and workforce forecasting. You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology, Business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Human Resources. Experience in people analytics, HR intelligence, or workforce data analysis is essential, along with leadership skills and experience managing and mentoring teams. Additionally, we value the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights, proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and statistical software (e.g., Python, R, SQL). Strong communication, stakeholder management skills, and excellent analytical abilities are also needed. Familiarity with HRIS systems and data governance principles would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
As the Senior People Analyst, you will oversee the development of insights on workforce trends, ensuring leadership is equipped with actionable intelligence to make improvements and interventions across the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the development of advanced data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to support HR and leadership decisions.
- Identifying organisational health challenges and developing solutions through modelling, scenario testing, and benchmarking.
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of People Analysts to deliver high-quality workforce insights.
- Ensuring alignment with Functional and business objectives, particularly with the Digital Roadmap.
