We are ideally seeking a People Change Specialist to support the successful delivery of organisational change initiatives. You should have previously led change impact assessments, developed implementation strategies, and engaged with key stakeholders, including Trade Unions and Regulators. We expect you to have designed the strategy and delivery of training, consultation materials, and communications while coaching leaders and managers through change. To thrive in this role, you will need: - An in-depth understanding and practical experience with employment regulations and best-practice organisational change. - Knowledge and experience of managing the implementation of change, including an understanding of the change requirements for people systems, internal and external teams. - Proven leadership skills with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders, including those at Executive level. While not a strict checklist, we would like you to have experience in some of the following areas: - Navigating employment law and consulting with Trade Unions. - Delivering organisational change within a regulated industry. - Managing multiple projects across different geographical locations with diverse needs and stakeholders. - Strong communication skills and workshop facilitation capabilities. - Excellent PowerPoint skills. - The ability to provide clarity amid uncertainty and competing priorities. - Skill in brokering pragmatic solutions that strike the right balance between competing requirements. - Team leadership skills. It’s essential that you can work calmly and constructively in a changing environment and manage your workload efficiently. You should also possess initiative, enthusiasm, a flexible approach, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

As the People Change Lead, I will expect you to develop and implement frameworks, tools, processes, and guidance that ensure people change is implemented in a safe, robust, and fair manner that can withstand external scrutiny. You will collaborate closely with project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to ensure that people change initiatives meet objectives on time and within budget. Your specific tasks will include: - Creating and managing the people change plan for our organisation, ensuring that change is delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality, while effectively identifying and managing risks. - Leading a team that develops and implements people change frameworks and plans that facilitate smooth implementation with minimal resistance. - Horizon-scanning to identify and manage anticipated resistance.
