Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who can work confidently with data and IT platforms, generating reports and metrics, as well as testing and auditing data requirements. While experience with people management platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Saba, Workday, or SAP is beneficial, it is not essential. We would like you to have experience in some of the following areas:
- Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of metrics usage
- Familiarity with standard and bespoke office applications, including shared information platforms, spreadsheets, and presentation tools (such as PowerBI and Excel)
- Experience in operational people processes, problem solving, and decision making
- Good communication skills with the ability to influence colleagues within the business
- A good standard of general education with proven literacy and numeracy
Responsibilities
In the role of People Capability Specialist, you will be crucial in supporting the development and integration of our people software platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to the business in utilizing software for people data management
- Supporting the adoption of people management platforms and software applications
- Interrogating data and analyzing trends to identify issues and improvement opportunities
- Testing, auditing, and checking system data
- Collaborating with various business teams to identify, capture, and monitor workforce data and manage content change requirements
- Supporting company policy by helping teams manage their people data effectively, delivering pragmatic solutions, standard processes, and guidance
- Providing reporting metrics and information as needed by the business and other stakeholders
Description
We are offering a 10-month fixed-term contract for this role, with a competitive package ranging from £37,300 to £45,000, depending on your suitability, qualifications, and experience. The position is located in RG7 4PR, conveniently situated between Reading and Basingstoke, and offers free onsite parking. We plan to relocate to Green Park, Reading by the end of 2025.
