Requirements
Must:
We are ideally seeking a highly inquisitive individual with previous experience in analyzing and reporting on data to deliver insights, utilizing BI tools to spot trends and present findings visually. The following qualifications are necessary:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology, Business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Human Resources.
- Experience in translating complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical software (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data governance principles, with knowledge of Saba, Workday, Oracle, or equivalent HRIS technologies.
- The ability to work calmly and constructively in a changing environment while managing your own workload.
- Initiative, enthusiasm, a flexible approach, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
As a People Analyst, I will leverage data to provide insights into workforce trends and organizational effectiveness through analyzing and interpreting people-related data to support strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes. I will be responsible for:
- Supporting the identification of organizational health challenges and developing solutions through modeling, scenario testing, and benchmarking.
- Providing high-quality data analysis, reports, and insights to support functional and leadership decision-making.
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of an IT system that meets business needs and aligns with the Digital Roadmap.
- Upholding high standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality while contributing positively to the team.
