As the hiring company, we are looking for a Contract Analyst who possesses knowledge of the NEC4 Contract and ideally has experience in a similar industry. You should have a solid understanding of the requirements of capital contracts, frameworks, and agreements that our business engages with. We seek someone who can advise on securing the most favorable outcomes for AWE, emphasizing delivery in terms of time, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities
As a Contract Analyst, your main responsibilities will include interpreting contractual requirements, collaborating on contractual changes with both internal and external stakeholders, and undertaking the following tasks:
- Reviewing contracts to prevent potential disputes and financial risks.
- Analyzing contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities.
- Conducting process analysis to identify non-productive time and evaluate overall contract productivity scores.
- Recommending and drafting contract amendments.
- Reviewing and approving applications for payment.
- Ensuring compliance of contract terms with legal requirements and policies.
- Documenting and maintaining files.
- Producing relevant reports and managing changes and stakeholders.
Description
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £36,540 to £40,000, depending on your suitability and level of experience. The position is based in Reading, where we provide free onsite parking and may require travel to Aldermaston and Green Park as needed. AWE operates on a 9-day working fortnight, which means you will enjoy every other Friday off in addition to 270 hours of annual leave.
