Responsibilities

In your role as the Onsite IT Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for: - Resolving level 1 and 2 support cases and tasks related to end-user issues, physical and cloud infrastructure, and project-related tasks - Seeing the world through the eyes of the customer by setting client expectations appropriately throughout the troubleshooting process - Addressing incidents and requests related to various areas, including Mail Application/Office 365 issues, client/server connectivity issues, time-sensitive incidents, file restores, remote access incidents, and password resets - Executing basic system maintenance tasks, such as software and operating system patching, software version upgrades, and critical patch applications - Managing Active Directory (Entra ID) tasks, including adding/removing users, password resets, Group Policy application, task scheduling, and processes for new starters and leavers - Utilizing common technology support tools like Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Mobile Device Management (Intune)

We offer a fantastic opportunity for an Onsite IT Field Support Engineer to provide onsite deskside technical support for a multi-award-winning Managed Service Provider. You will be based on a client site in Battersea, London, with monthly travel to regional sites in Evesham and Worcester. The salary for this full-time, permanent position ranges from £32,000 to £34,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a potential bonus of up to £2,000.
