Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Engineer / IT Technician, I will be a key member of our internal IT team, responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across our business. This includes being the first point of contact for IT support queries, assisting users in person, over the phone, or via email to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. I will provide ongoing support for Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. I will also help drive efficiency, productivity, and user satisfaction by identifying and implementing improvements to our IT infrastructure. Additionally, I will work across different buildings and environments to swiftly resolve end-user issues.
