Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a First Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent demonstrable track record. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI) and SharePoint is essential. You should have proven experience in developing applications for the web using object-oriented coding and experience working within development teams using GIT and integrated development environments. A positive, self-motivated attitude towards learning and development is also key.
Desirable qualifications include professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in C# .NET, knowledge of web technologies like PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML, familiarity with Agile methodologies and test-driven development, experience with mobile platforms, and exposure to large-scale environments that include 500+ users, mixed operating systems, VMs, and Docker.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Application and Integration Developer, you will be tasked with:
- Building, deploying, and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Designing and implementing integrations using Microsoft BizTalk Server and APIs.
- Customizing and extending SharePoint Online for collaboration and document management.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for applications and integrations.
- Ensuring systems meet security and data quality standards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Supporting and mentoring junior developers and placement staff.
- Maintaining accurate records of system changes and development practices.
- Utilizing Microsoft Copilot to enhance development efficiency and productivity.
