Must:
We are looking for candidates with extensive industry experience in a relevant role, preferably within a Managed Service Provider environment. You should possess demonstrable technical skills and certifications in Microsoft cloud technologies. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, including the ability to manage expectations effectively. A customer service orientation is paramount, as we prioritize our clients' needs in everything we do. You must have excellent oral and written communication skills, allowing you to generate client proposals and reports, as well as to convey complex technical information simply and clearly, whether in person, by email, or over the phone.
You should be able to multi-task and adopt a proactive and organized approach to exceed client expectations. A confident and positive demeanor with colleagues and clients is crucial, along with excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail. Competency in accurately maintaining CRM software, including management information, billing data, and client-linked documentation, is preferred (experience with MS Dynamics and Power Apps is a plus). Responsibilities
As an IT Consultant / Senior Client Technical Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and timely implementation of products and services in collaboration with the Cloud Consultants & Projects team.
- Developing and executing implementation plans, including clear timelines and milestones.
- Creating and updating technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles for clients.
- Attending client meetings as a technical representative and assisting Client Relationship Managers in updating IT roadmaps and managing ongoing client conversations.
- Keeping clients informed about our offerings and addressing their expectations regarding recommended solutions from the Cloud Consulting and Security Teams.
- Serving as the primary contact for client technical IT queries outside of standard Service Desk support.
- Collaborating with support and engineering teams to promptly resolve complex technical problems.
