Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a First Line Support Engineer / IT Service Desk Technician who meets the following essential criteria:
- A solid academic background in IT/technology
- Previous experience in IT support roles, ideally at an MSP
- Knowledge of Office 365, with experience supporting Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
- Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 & 11 and Mac
- Experience with Windows Server, including Active Directory Users & Computers, DNS, and Event Viewer
- Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Microsoft Modern Desktop
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure, respond to tight deadlines, and prioritize workload
Desirable qualifications include:
- ITIL Foundation
- CompTIA A
Responsibilities
As the First Line Support Engineer / IT Service Desk Technician, you will:
- Provide remote technical support as part of a talented team, working two days a week from home and three days in the office
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic in managing issues, with a keenness to learn and an appreciation for various client cultures and their requirements
- Engage with the Cloud Support Team and participate in the organization’s training programs to develop core skills and specialities for your future career in IT
- Solve problems in a busy environment by providing simple explanations without using IT jargon, ensuring excellent client service
