We are looking for a Business Intelligence Data Analyst with experience in data analysis and visualization using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively to a non-technical audience. Additionally, we seek someone with the following qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify meaningful trends and insights
- Ability to communicate findings to a non-technical audience
- Experience creating dashboards or reporting tools for internal use
- Collaborative working style with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Commitment to using data as a tool for social impact and service improvement
Responsibilities
As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, I will rely on you to fulfill various duties, including:
- Creating and managing data dashboards that provide real-time insights on service delivery, outcomes, and performance
- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
- Collaborating with teams to develop accurate, meaningful, and useful reporting mechanisms for frontline services, managers, and commissioners
- Translating data into compelling narratives that make complex findings accessible for decision-makers and non-specialists
- Supporting a data-informed culture within our organization by advising on data collection, sharing best practices, and championing ethical data use
- Ensuring data integrity and compliance while working within relevant frameworks (e.g., GDPR, public sector data standards)
