Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with an IT or computer science-related degree or equivalent experience. A strong grasp of IT fundamentals, including hardware and peripherals, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Server, and networking (LAN, WAN, firewalls, and routers) is essential. Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and PowerShell scripting will be beneficial.
Responsibilities
As a Cyber Security Analyst / Information Security Consultant, your duties will include:
- Managing and handling security-related tickets from our clients.
- Implementing and managing Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to detect, investigate, and respond to threats and malicious activities.
- Utilizing the KnowBe4 platform for managed phishing exercises and security awareness training.
- Maintaining security policies in Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Microsoft Intune, and Identity Protection.
- Conducting security and compliance audits of client systems, including on-premise and cloud-hosted systems like Office 365 and Azure.
- Testing the security awareness of clients and third parties.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of security awareness programs.
- Implementing industry security standards such as Cyber Essentials, ISO27001, NIST-800-53, and Cloud Security Alliance CCM.
- Generating reports for both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders.
- Testing and evaluating security products.
- Planning for disaster recovery in the event of a security breach.
