Requirements
Must:
- Experience supporting business systems, ideally with SQL-based ERP exposure
- Strong data management and reporting skills using Excel, Power Query, Power BI
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate and PowerApps
- Excellent IT proficiency and communication skills
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain business systems, applications, and ERP platforms across the organisation
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and user access management for internal teams
- Develop and maintain reports using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to support business insights
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with automation projects using tools such as Power Automate and PowerApps
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and implementation of new applications or functionality
- Produce clear system documentation, user guides, and process notes
- Assist in delivering guidance and training to users to ensure effective system adoption
- Help maintain data integrity and support initiatives to improve data quality
- Assist with administration and management of company mobile devices
Description
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer to support and enhance core business systems, applications, and reporting tools within a collaborative and supportive organisation. This role is based in a modern, spacious office in Kings Langley (WD4) with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. We offer competitive salary packages ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, along with 25 days holiday (increasing with service), a personal development budget, and other benefits, including a wine allowance and employee assistance programs.
