Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in Python programming (Python 3.11)
- Proficient in Django and FastAPI frameworks
- Ability to design and implement Postgres schemas
- Experience with Appium for mobile automation
- Familiarity with Next.js and TypeScript is a plus
- Experience in creating clean, typed, and testable code
- Ability to prototype quickly and refactor for production
- Understanding of graph theory and/or state machine design is beneficial
- Experience with computer vision technologies (OpenCV, etc.) is a plus
- Comfort in working with front-end technologies like React
- Strong problem-solving skills and a critical thinking mindset
- Ability to leverage AI tools effectively in development
- Language-agnostic approach with a preference for Python
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and high-autonomy environments
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between R&D concepts and production reality
- Architect the State Engine for mobile accessibility testing
- Develop a system to capture and normalize complete views of applications
- Build and prototype decision logic for the automation engine
- Ensure integration with the existing FastAPI/Django backend
- Collaborate directly with the Founder and CTO on strategic direction
- Utilize AI as a force multiplier to enhance development speed
- Take ownership of full-stack development tasks, from low-level scripting to UI design
- Address complex problems and deliver clean, stable APIs
- Participate actively in code reviews and architectural discussions
