Must:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in customer service and administration or helpdesk roles, preferably within the Maintenance or Trade sector. However, we are open to all backgrounds as full training and support will be provided. A strong understanding of computers and the ability to work on various systems is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must, as is the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional service are key attributes we seek.

Responsibilities
In this role, I will allocate work to our direct field team and organize and plan verified subcontractor tasks. I will communicate with customer helpdesks and sites we are attending, ensuring seamless operations. Ordering materials and equipment through our supply chain is part of the job, along with providing updates on work orders to managers and customers. I will speak to and support our skilled field team as they carry out their work. Additionally, I will implement new processes and systems, ensuring that all helpdesk tickets are logged accurately and resolved within established timeframes. I will maintain documentation of common issues and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within our team.
Description
This is a full-time position with a salary range of £24,500.00 to £25,500.00 per year. We offer benefits such as on-site parking. We welcome qualified candidates who are passionate about this exciting opportunity to apply. A GCSE or equivalent education is preferred, and at least one year of customer service experience is also preferred. This position will be located in person.
