- Strong proficiency in JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with CMDB architecture, event-driven automation, and MID Server configuration.
- Experience with AWS services and cloud resource modeling.
- Ability to analyze Discovery logs and optimize probe/sensor performance.

Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize event-driven discovery for AWS resources using ServiceNow Discovery and MID Servers.
- Develop and maintain custom probes, sensors, and patterns to support dynamic cloud infrastructure.
- Write and troubleshoot JavaScript-based business rules, script includes, and workflow scripts within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure accurate and timely CMDB updates.
- Monitor and improve Discovery performance and ECC Queue processing.
