Requirements
Must:
- Strong PostgreSQL administration and SQL programming skills
- Experience with AWS database offerings (e.g. RDS, Aurora)
- Background in resolving SQL performance issues
- Experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Work as part of an Agile team of Data Engineers
- Build, maintain, and operate cloud-based data environments
- Debug and resolve data processing and analytics issues
- Develop data integration and processing pipelines
- Collaborate with engineering, testing, and DevOps teams
- Support migration of test and production data
- Provide Tier 3 operational support
Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our growing team working across critical UK sectors. You will apply your software development and data engineering expertise to design, build, and support scalable, sustainable data solutions in the cloud.
