Requirements
Must:
- Must hold current or previous NPPV3 clearance
- 5+ years of experience in delivering Salesforce solutions across the full development lifecycle
- Experience in public sector delivery and Agile delivery models
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on technical and delivery risks
- Hands-on experience with design elaboration, peer reviews, and mentoring junior developers
- Proficient in Salesforce core configuration, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud site design, Advanced Flow, and Apex programming
- Familiarity with Lightning Web Component (LWC) development and SFDX/Git-based source control
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the design and build of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions
- Provide clear technical leadership and guidance in implementation approaches
- Own and accurately estimate development effort, managing dependencies and delivery risks
- Maintain communication with delivery leads and stakeholders, providing progress updates and risks
- Drive a quality-first engineering culture ensuring well-designed and production-ready solutions
- Identify and resolve technical issues early, proposing pragmatic solutions
- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure standards consistency
- Collaborate with architects, testers, and product teams for end-to-end delivery
- Mentor junior team members, promoting skills development and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, design workshops, and planning sessions
Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead for a 6-month contract based in London, with a hybrid working model (2-3 days onsite). We offer a competitive daily rate of up to £630.
