SQL Analyst

In this role, you will own the definition of audiences and traits, translating CRM and marketing objectives into precise, reusable specifications. You will build and maintain warehouse-first segmentation tables and views, ensuring they are well-documented and meet set service level objectives (SLOs). You will design and implement reliable data pipelines to push curated traits and audiences to Braze, including managing change data capture and dependencies. Your responsibilities will include setting up monitoring and alerts while reconciling Braze counts with warehouse data to maintain high confidence in data accuracy. Additionally, you will create a self-service library of SQL snippets and views, enabling the CRM team to launch campaigns without relying on ad-hoc data requests. You will implement suppression logic to address deliverability, compliance, and frequency caps. Finally, you will collaborate closely with teams across Data Engineering, CRM, BI, and Product to align strategies around event and identity management, as well as advise on experiment targeting and measurement readiness.
