Requirements
Must:
- You must have active SC clearance and be a sole British national.
- Experience in user research.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with creating user journey maps or end-to-end diagrams is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
- Salesforce experience is a must.
Responsibilities
- I conduct generative user research to gather insights about user needs and behaviors.
- I conduct evaluative user research to assess the success of design decisions.
- I create engaging narratives and stories based on research findings to communicate insights effectively.
Description
This role is for a SC Cleared User Researcher, with a duration of 6 months. It is a remote position with rare travel to a site in London, offering a rate of £585 per day (inside IR35).
