- Experience in first line support for SAP S4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud users.
Responsibilities
- Provide first line support and resolve user tickets for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, General Ledger, Banking, and User access.
- Conduct daily system checks.
- Manage master data including cost centres, projects, GL accounts, and hierarchies.
- Support the Accounts Payable team with payment runs.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Business Partnering, and Capital Accountants teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
- Test and implement approved system changes and upgrades.
- Validate and test system enhancements before deployment.
- Conduct user training and create documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides.
Description
We are seeking a Finance Systems Support Analyst for a 3-month contract based in London, with a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office). In this role, you will be our first line of support for users utilizing the SAP S4HANA Public Cloud Finance System and SAP Analytics Cloud, while also providing occasional coverage for SAP Supplier Lifecycle Portal and ARIBA. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and supporting our finance systems, troubleshooting issues, implementing system enhancements, providing user training, and ensuring the overall efficiency of financial processes.
