We require candidates to have strong project management skills and organizational abilities. Experience with project management tools and processes, such as LBIP or eLBIP, is essential. We appreciate good communication and negotiating skills, ensuring clarity, brevity, consistency, and adaptability in different communication styles. Interpersonal skills are also important, as we expect our team members to collaborate effectively within a team and develop strong relationships. A flexible and agile mindset is crucial, enabling you to work autonomously and take the initiative. We seek individuals with a proactive attitude, capable of anticipating and addressing business issues while providing solutions with adaptability. A solid understanding of Wing Operational processes and the ability to comprehend data flow through processes and applications is necessary. Candidates should also have experience in data visualization, whether in mapping data flow during the design phase or communicating insights during the operational phase.
Responsibilities
As our Project Lead/Manager, you will support the delivery of digital transformation projects across all areas of the plant, including PAC, A350, SA02, and SA03. You will create and maintain the networks and partnerships required with relevant customers, stakeholders, and suppliers, interfacing with functions MFT members to develop solutions. It’s essential to connect with DIVS workstreams to ensure alignment with new tool sets being developed and support deployment efforts. You will identify and manage risks, communicating effectively through the risk management process. Utilizing data analytics, you will work to improve industrial system efficiency, generating value for the plant. You will also oversee financial management related to CAPEX, OPEX, Chargeback, RC, and NRC, and be responsible for achieving the successful completion of Digitalisation Route Map milestones each year. Supporting the business in Microsoft Decommissioning activities and championing Google Workspace toolsets will be part of your role. Additionally, you will identify any potential Cyber Security compliance concerns.
