- Experience in various research methodologies including usability testing (moderated and unmoderated)
- Ability to balance multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and delivering insights
- Ability to challenge assumptions and promote user-centered thinking
- Self-motivated with the capability to operate independently from scoping to delivery
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end research across multiple initiatives
- Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing and other research methods
- Collaborate closely with designers to inform the design process
- Promote and apply User Research best practices within the organization
- Engage in strategic conversations to shape direction and product outcomes
- Ensure user-centered thinking is embedded in both strategy and design delivery
- Take accountability for research quality and impact
