Must:

- Experience in system monitoring and operations.
- A mindset geared towards keeping stakeholders updated and seeking clarification when instructions are unclear or incorrect.
- Capability to document specifications and create runbooks.
- Ability to track daily progress and adjust timelines as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the automated tools currently in operation.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement both temporary fixes and permanent solutions.
- Improve tool stability and streamline monitoring processes.
- Design and develop new tools to support evolving business needs.
Description
We are looking for an Automation Support Engineer for an initial 12-month contract, with a hybrid working arrangement in London, requiring attendance in the office 2-3 days per week. Our goal is to enhance operational efficiency through the development of internal tools that automate various tasks. Given the growth of our business and the increase in workload, we are seeking external support to maintain, stabilize, and further develop these tools. The rate for this position is negotiable and will be inside IR35. As a candidate, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in our ongoing projects and contribute to the improvement of our operational processes.
