Requirements
Must:
- 2 years Engineering Management experience
- Previous software engineering background
- Experience in fast-paced B2C or product-led businesses
- Familiarity with tech stack: React, Next.js, Python (similar background ideal but not essential)
- Experience with AI tooling and Elasticsearch environments
- Strong people leadership and product mindset
