- Background in React, Next.js, Python is ideal but not essential
- Experience with AI tooling and Elasticsearch environments

- Partner with Product to improve customer journeys
- Guide technical decisions and team performance

We are a community-led scale-up looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a product squad focused on growth, conversion, and member experience. Our salary range for this position is £90k to £95k, alongside generous equity.
