Must:
I seek a candidate with mastery of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView. You should have strong experience in querying and manipulating large, complex datasets using tools like SQL and Alteryx. A sharp analytical mind is essential, along with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence across teams are a must. I value a strong desire to learn, grow, and push boundaries in this role.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will lead the evolution of our reporting suite by standardizing, improving, and innovating our data practices. Building relationships with stakeholders is crucial, as you will influence how data drives decisions within the organization. You will dive deep into AQA's rich data assets to produce tailored, high-impact analyses. Staying ahead of the curve with cutting-edge data visualization techniques is part of your role. You will effectively turn complex information into clear, compelling stories, challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and provide insights that spark action. Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to thrive on autonomy while solving meaningful problems will be key to your success.
