- Lead the development of assessment design principles to strengthen validity, fairness, manageability, and reliability across all GCSE and A Level qualifications
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to design high-quality assessment models aligned with research and regulatory expectations
- Influence digital assessment design and providers to deliver exceptional exam experiences
- Oversee data analysis to drive evidence-based improvements
- Lead complex, cross-team projects to enhance AQAs assessment capability
- Enhance understanding of good assessment practice through training and guidance
- Uphold rigorous assessment principles through governance and expert leadership
