Requirements
Must:
- I require a strong understanding of quality management systems and process compliance in complex engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement and problem-solving tools such as Lean, 5S, FMEA, and Six Sigma is essential.
- I seek candidates with experience in supplier quality and development, including quality planning and production approvals.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear, confident communication are vital attributes for this role.
- Additionally, candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- In the role of Quality Engineer, you will play a key part in ensuring the performance, reliability, and compliance of advanced secure hardware systems.
- You will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to analyze data, solve complex problems, and drive continuous improvement.
- Your efforts will support new product introductions, refine build processes, and enhance supplier performance, ultimately helping to deliver high-integrity technology trusted in critical defense and government applications.
