Requirements
Must:

- Experience in customer support or technical support roles

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Familiarity with positioning and navigation systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients using our positioning and navigation systems
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product functionality
- Document customer interactions and solutions for future reference
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging technical problems
