Requirements
Must:
- UK Nationals only, with the ability to obtain UK security clearance.
- Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience across the full hardware development lifecycle (design, prototyping, testing, integration).
- Strong understanding of digital circuit design and high-speed electronics fundamentals.
- Skilled in hardware testing and fault-finding using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and standard lab equipment.
- Experience with PCB layout and industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Cadence, Mentor) is desirable.
- Exposure to production support and resolving manufacturing/test issues is a plus.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary engineering teams is a plus.
- Knowledge of secure or mission-critical hardware systems, or encryption technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Hardware Development Engineer, I will take ownership across the full product lifecycle, from design and prototyping through to testing and integration. I will focus on ensuring that our secure hardware solutions safely protect sensitive information for government and defence applications.
