Requirements
Must:
- Experience in Business Analysis with a strong focus on data analysis
- Hands-on experience using Power BI to build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports
- Experience using Azure DevOps to support backlog management and project delivery activities (beneficial)
- Proactive approach with strong initiative and the ability to self-manage and coordinate work across teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Experience or exposure to supporting technical change initiatives (Active Directory)
Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain monthly Power BI reporting dashboards and associated reporting processes
- Provide data analysis and reporting support for regulatory reporting requirements within the Planning and Engagement team
- Support delivery of the Active Directory Cleanup project, including backlog analysis and backlog maintenance
- Contribute to sprint planning activities alongside the project manager and technical analysts
- Provide project support, including progress reporting and delivery updates
- Support change management activities related to technical change initiatives
