Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation in complex global organisations.
- Hands-on Oracle Absence Management experience.
- Proven track record as a Functional Lead or Solutions Architect on large-scale ERP programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design for Oracle Compensation and Oracle Absence Management.
- Architect solutions to support complex annual salary review cycles.
- Ensure system design aligns to Global reward structures.
- Advise on integration architecture with Payroll, Finance.
- Serve as the functional lead for the Compensation & Absence workstream.
- Lead solution workshops, design playbacks, and stakeholder reviews.
