Requirements
Must:
- Strong Salesforce technical expertise, especially in Insurance Cloud.
- Hands-on configuration and development experience within Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Insurance products, ideally Health Insurance.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud and OmniStudio.
- Ability to manage tasks, coordinate teams, and deliver technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work across multiple client sites as needed.
- Prior experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations in insurance (desirable).
- Exposure to client workshops and transformation programs (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction to staff and guide the implementation of Salesforce Insurance solutions.
- Actively engage in hands-on configuration and development of Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver an improved customer experience.
- Facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to define solutions and drive adoption.
- Support practice development by sharing technical knowledge and building internal capability.
- Contribute to upcoming bid work, helping expand Salesforce Insurance expertise within the organisation.
