Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading change within large-scale finance transformation programmes
- Experience working within large multinational organisations
- Strong understanding of ERP-driven finance transformation
- Experience managing change across complex stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated experience across programme initiation, design, implementation, and execution phases
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with senior leadership and finance teams
- Ability to manage change impacting large employee populations (20,000 users)
- Previous experience working in professional services or consulting environments
Responsibilities
- Lead change management across three core programme pillars including strategy, execution and organisational readiness
- Manage change initiatives to ensure readiness across the organisation for new processes and technology
- Design and deliver the change strategy and adoption approach for the UK deployment
- Orchestrate change activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
- Engage senior stakeholders across finance, engagement management, and leadership teams
- Work closely with programme leadership to align change initiatives with the wider transformation strategy
- Support communications, engagement, and training initiatives to drive adoption across the business
- Collaborate with global programme teams to ensure consistency with global deployments
