Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Information Assurance, Cyber Security, or Information Security
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001) and enterprise security frameworks
- Experience supporting security assurance across SaaS and on-premise environments
- Understanding of risk management, security controls, and access management
- Experience coordinating or supporting penetration testing
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix-managed, team-based environment
- Desirable: SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
- Knowledge of aviation, manufacturing, or asset-intensive industries
- Familiarity with third-party/vendor risk management
Responsibilities
- Provide cyber security and information assurance direction to programme and delivery teams
- Ensure solutions are designed and built in line with internal security policies, standards, and ISO frameworks
- Support policy compliance and assurance activities across SaaS and on-premise systems
- Identify, assess, and manage information security risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation and documentation
- Define and review security controls, including identity, access management, and data protection
- Coordinate penetration testing with third-party providers and support remediation activities
- Contribute to security design reviews, threat modelling, and assurance documentation
- Work collaboratively with other information security specialists and delivery teams
- Provide clear security status updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
