Requirements
Must:
- Extended experience in IT, including application lifecycle management, requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with Global Price Management systems (e.g., Eversana PriceRight, Model N or similar enterprise pricing platforms).
- Knowledge of global pricing processes and healthcare/pharmaceutical pricing regulations.
- Proven experience leading enterprise application support or technology portfolios in complex, global environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business and IT leaders.
- Experience managing managed service providers and third-party vendors within structured governance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for Global Pricing and Value business functions, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps and solution proposals.
- Oversee the Global Pricing Systems landscape, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous enhancement of live applications.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across senior business and IT leadership, facilitating decision-making and aligning initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Manage and govern managed service providers and external vendors, ensuring service quality and accountability.
- Champion new technology initiatives including system enhancements, data enablement, AI-driven capabilities, and collaboration tools.
- Support initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, deployment, and transition into operational support.
